Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Value Stream Environmental Services

Arkansas acquisition adds 23rd processing facility to support LES National Network of 54 branches.

DALLAS, TX and Little Rock, AR - Liquid Environmental Solutions announced that effective today, the company has acquired the assets of privately held Value Stream Environmental Services, a leading provider of grease trap services and used cooking oil recycling in Arkansas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Value Stream, based in Little Rock expands LES capacity to serve customer locations throughout Arkansas – providing grease trap service and used cooking oil (UCO) recycling for restaurant and food service locations.
