Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Advance Plumbing & Septic of Birmingham

Acquisition adds tremendous talent and broader coverage to the State of Alabama

IRVING, Texas, February 22, 2021 – Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) announces that, effective today, the company acquired the assets of Advance Plumbing & Septic of Birmingham (Advance) – a leading provider of plumbing, sewer, septic, drain field, drain line and grease trap services throughout the State of Alabama. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Advance, based in Hueytown, AL, adds an extensive network of non-hazardous wastewater customers to the existing LES operation in Alabama. These customers own plumbing, sewer, septic, drain field, drain line and grease trap systems that must be serviced regularly to prevent overflows, and to protect the public wastewater collection system.

Brian Bidelspach, Vice President of Expansion Operations for LES, commented: “We are thrilled to have Advance join the LES family. With this acquisition, we strengthen our presence in Alabama, and now offer an unparalleled range of wastewater support services throughout the state. Furthermore, our two pretreatment facilities provide tremendous sustainability benefits to our new customers, as we will turn hundreds of thousands of gallons of their wastewater into renewables.”

Jerry Sheridan, Chief Executive Officer for LES, also commented: “I am pleased to welcome the Advance team to LES. We look forward to working closely with them on strengthening our position in the Southeast, and on delivering the highest-level of customer service in Alabama.”
