Erin Galloway is an accomplished global human resources executive with more than 28 years of experience developing and leading HR strategy for organizations across various industries worldwide. As Chief Human Resources Officer at LES, she partners with executive leadership to build high-performance cultures, strengthen leadership capability, and align human capital strategy with business objectives.

Throughout her career, Erin has led all facets of the HR function, including talent acquisition and retention, total rewards, employee and labor relations, performance management, compliance, and change management. She brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having served as HR lead for 20 acquisitions and eight divestitures worldwide during her 11-year tenure at Stericycle, where she rose to Vice President of Human Resources, International and Commercial. Her leadership experience spans senior HR roles at Nanosonics and Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, giving her a distinctive global perspective on workforce strategy, expatriate management, and international labor law.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is certified as both a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also the co-founder of Indy Adaptive Sports, LLC, a non-profit that creates sports opportunities for individuals with disabilities and helped launch Indiana's first wheelchair lacrosse team, IndyRIP.
