Customer Service Value Shines in Dallas and Orlando

Those values are customer service, compliance and safety, commitment to the environment and continuous improvement. While our solutions, services and capabilities may evolve over time, our four values will remain and continue to guide our programs, our growth and us.
By customer service, we mean our dedication to hiring the best people in the business. By doing so, we are able to build a culture that emphasizes the value of lasting relationships, empowers our team members to do their best and celebrates exemplary customer care.
Two team members have recently shown their personal dedication to this value: Alvin Logan (Transportation Supervisor, Orlando, FL) and Earnest Green (Customer Service Representative, Irving, TX).
Alvin: “I wanted to send a quick note to, once again, compliment Alvin Logan on his exemplary customer service. Alvin, April and I met with Disney World today for our quarterly service review. They had nothing but great things to say about LES, specifically about Alvin. They stated that LES is the only vendor that has not had a single complaint from “cast members.” As you know, this is unbelievable considering the intrinsically messy nature of the UCO business and the high expectations set by Disney. They complimented Alvin’s responsiveness (he picks-up on the first ring every time, provides solutions within an hour, etc.) and his team members’ quality of work.”
