Customer Service Value Helping to Make the Season Bright in Dallas

LES’ Value of Customer Service drives us to hire the best people in the business, to encourage a corporate culture built on relationships and to empower our team members to grow themselves both in the office and in their personal lives.

Two of those people are Alicia Daberkow and Zac Dorsey. Alicia and Zach not only helped to coordinate/execute grease trap services for the H-E-B Feast of Sharing mobile kitchen fleet, they also volunteered their personal time at the meal event in Dallas.

Said Alicia, “I am impressed by the level of commitment involved to make these Feast of Sharing events happen and by all the eager hands and hearts. The mobile kitchen is operated with excellence – H-E-B is truly an extraordinary company. I can’t wait to sign up and volunteer again next year!”

We truly appreciate you, Alicia and Zac, and the hard work you and everyone at LES does every day on behalf of our customers and the communities we serve!

The H-E-B Feast of Sharing is a series of festive gatherings that include more than 250,000 meals served during 33 dinners throughout Texas and Mexico. Filled with food, music and good cheer, these free holiday feasts bring together family, friends and neighbors, and provide H-E-B an opportunity to give thanks to its loyal customers. Launched in 1989, the H-E-B Feast of Sharing invites everyone to our holiday dinner table. This initiative is an important part of H-E-B’s Food Bank Assistance Program, which works year-round to prevent hunger.
