Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Rite-Way Industrial Service, Inc.

Acquisition adds tremendous talent and broader coverage to the Columbus, Ohio marketplace

IRVING, Texas, January 28, 2021 – Liquid Environmental Solutions announces that, effective today, the company has acquired the assets of Rite-Way – a leading provider of industrial and environmental cleaning, waste hauling and remediation services in the Columbus, OH area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rite-Way, based in Groveport, OH, adds an extensive network of non-hazardous wastewater customers to the existing LES operation in the Columbus, OH area. These customers own industrial and environmental cleaning, waste hauling and remediation systems that must be serviced regularly to prevent overflows, and to protect the public wastewater collection system.
