Cory White brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across multiple industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Stericycle, a leading provider of medical and pharmaceutical waste and recycling services. In this role, he led 3,000 team members in 19 countries and oversaw all global commercial initiatives for the Stericycle and Shred-it^® brands, including strategy, sales, sales operations, marketing, corporate communications, customer experience, and product innovation. During his tenure, Cory spearheaded the development of an organic growth engine by consolidating and standardizing commercial and operational functions and processes, and helped lead a multi-year business transformation that culminated in the acquisition of Stericycle by Waste Management (WM).

Before joining Stericycle, Cory served as the Global Chief Commercial Officer for Startek, Inc. for nearly three years and as the Vice President of Healthcare and Government Vertical Leader with Convergys, Inc. (now Concentrix) for six years. Prior to those roles, he spent 11 years with ACS Healthcare, a Xerox Company, in a variety of sales and operational roles, including Senior Vice President of ACS Healthcare Payment Integrity Solutions.

Cory has spoken and written about a variety of topics, including healthcare workplace safety, sustainability, home healthcare, customer service, and data protection. He has been featured in top-tier publications such as Forbes, Bloomberg, and Reuters, as well as in industry publications, including Waste360, Waste Dive, and Fierce Healthcare. In 2023, Mr. White was awarded the bronze Stevie^® Award for Senior Sales Executive of the Year, and, in 2022, his commercial inside sales team was recognized with the 2022 bronze Stevie^® Award for Inside Sales Team of the Year. Additionally, in 2022 and 2023, Stericycle’s selling team was ranked on Selling Power's "50 Best Companies to Sell For” list.  Mr. White holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky.
