Rich brings an exceptional track record of leadership in transportation, logistics, supply chain, and operations. Most recently, he served as COO at Fusion Site Services. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and COO of North American Operations at Stericycle, and he built a distinguished 30+ year career at United Parcel Service (UPS), where he held progressively senior roles, including President of key districts such as the Northeast and Illinois. His deep expertise in scaling complex operations across large networks will be a tremendous asset as we optimize our nationwide collection, treatment, and recovery infrastructure.
