Guaranteed Grease Trap Compliance

LES re-engineered its grease trap service to provide uniform, reliable, scheduled service, guaranteeing compliance for statewide customers.

Fleet Investment & Technology Innovation

The new LES state-of-the-art, compliant fleet won the Waste Age Best Truck Design Award. LES also developed FOGLaw™ – the only database covering local fat, oil and grease (FOG) management regulations for 6,000+ municipal jurisdictions.

Arizona Expansion

The company acquired a processing facility in Phoenix.

Acquisition & Service Expansion

LES acquired processing facilities in Kansas City, Chicago and Jacksonville, and began offering used cooking oil (UCO) services.

Geographic Expansion

The company opened 14 new service branches in the Midwest, Southeast, Northwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.

National Scale & Follow-On Investment

LES built an industry-leading technology platform for service management.

Customer & Geographic Expansion

A new national grease trap contract and targeted Midwest and Northeast expansion led to 17 new service branches.

Southeast Expansion & Triton Launch

LES added 10 new service locations throughout the Southeast through strategic acquisition and operations expansion. The company also launched its state-of-the-art Triton System.

Six Acquisitions

The company acquired six companies to further bolster its geographic coverage and service offerings.

Recapitalization

The Audex Group, a new major shareholder, recapitalized LES. The company also acquired a major competitor in its corporate headquarters – the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Oil Water Separator Service & Arkansas Expansion

LES added oil water separator service nationally and expanded operations to Northwest Arkansas through acquisition.

New Technology & Broad Expansion

LES introduced patented on-site wastewater processing to reduce potable water usage and help customers meet ESG goals. With a focus on wider national reach, LES acquired 10 companies, adding service coverage in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest and South.
