Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Lyles Grease Trap Services

Acquisition adds talent and broader coverage to Little Rock, AR marketplace

IRVING, Texas, September 5, 2019 – LES announces that, effective today, the company has acquired the assets of Lyles Grease Trap Services, a leading provider of grease trap and used cooking oil services in the Little Rock area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Lyles, based in Little Rock, adds an extensive network of non-hazardous wastewater customers to the existing LES operation in Central Arkansas. These customers own grease traps, interceptors and used cooking oil containers that must be serviced regularly to prevent sewer spills and protect the public wastewater collection system.

Gene Cookson, LES President and Chief Operating Officer, commented: “We are excited to have our new Little Rock team members join us. With the acquisition of Lyles, LES now serves thousands of new customer locations, and offers an unparalleled range of wastewater support services to Central Arkansas. Furthermore, we provide tremendous sustainability benefits to our new customers, as we will turn hundreds of thousands of gallons of their wastewater into renewables.”

Jerry Sheridan, LES Chief Executive Officer, also commented: “I’m very pleased to welcome Lyles’ wastewater service professionals and their loyal customers to our Little Rock operations branch. We look forward to their outstanding contributions.”
