Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Carolinas Resource Recovery
Acquisition adds two plants to LES national network of 20 wastewater recycling facilities.
DALLAS, TX and CHARLOTTE, NC - Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) announced that effective today, the company has acquired the assets of privately held Carolinas Resource Recovery (CRR), operator of two grease trap pretreatment and recycling facilities located in Charlotte and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CRR, based in Charlotte, is a strategic addition to Liquid Environmental Solutions’ non-hazardous wastewater collection and recycling business. The acquisition adds two wastewater treatment facilities specializing in the recovery of brown grease as a green energy feedstock to the Liquid Environmental network.
