Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Affordable Bio Feedstock in Florida
Acquisition adds two plants to LES national network of 22 wastewater recycling facilities.
DALLAS, TX and KISSIMMEE, FL - Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) announced that effective today, the company has acquired the assets of privately held Affordable Bio Feedstock (ABF), operator of two grease trap pretreatment and recycling facilities located in Kissimmee and Port Charlotte, Florida.. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ABF, based in Kissimmee, is a strategic addition to Liquid Environmental Solutions’ non-hazardous wastewater collection and recycling business. The acquisition adds two more wastewater treatment facilities specializing in the recovery of brown grease as a green energy feedstock to the Liquid Environmental network.
