Your account service representative will check in with you regularly to make sure your needs are being met, and respond to your requests quickly and courteously.

Tell us how often you need your waste removed, and at what times of day. We’ll accommodate your needs, with zero interruption to your daily operations. We’ll pump your grease traps, grit traps or other waste facilities clean as quickly and quietly as possible. In many cases we’ll be back on the road to take your waste to a treatment facility before you know we’ve been to your location.

When you do see our drivers or any one of us for that matter, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a handshake. You can expect the similar treatment on the phone, answered by a friendly voice and with prompt attendance to your needs.

You can expect fast and thorough response from our 24-hour emergency on-call service too — should you ever need it. We can be onsite to restore your operations to normal within hours.

We can also tailor invoicing to meet the needs of larger companies with multiple locations, either consolidating billing in one convenient invoice or providing you with an invoice for each job site, whichever you prefer.
